Is this made by Anthropic?

No. Stretch is an independent, unofficial guide. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic.

Will it double my usage?

No guide can promise a number, because it depends on how you use Claude. What it does is show you the habits that waste the most, and simple swaps for each one.

Does it work on the free plan?

Yes. The habits work the same on any plan, and they matter most when your allowance is smallest.

How do I get access after paying?
